A network is a complex, interconnected group or system of computers. We need them because they help send information out to many people without much trouble at all. Then individuals can send things to teachers such as assignments.

FORMER BOEING ENGINEER CONVICTED OF ECONOMIC

A federal judge convicted former Rockwell and Boeing engineer of charges of economic espionage and acting as an agent of the People’s Republic of China. He stole restricted technology and Boeing trade secrets, including information related to the Space Shuttle program and Delta IV rocket. Chung who was a native of china and a naturalized U.S citizen sent concealed information reguarding the space shuttle and Delta IV rocket to China. He stole this restricted technology from the U.S for the benefit of the People's Republic of China. Chung was arrested by the FBI in 2008. He lost all of the freedom given to him by the U.S. This act endangered national security because the secrets could be used by the PRC to develop its own military technology. They are confident that this conviction will serve as a deterrent to would-be spies contemplating theft of preciousU.S. secrets. The Chinese aviation industry began sending Chung letters as early as 1979. Chung made multiple trips to China to discuss this information with their government officials. FBI and NASA agents found more than 250,000 pages of documents from Boeing, Rockwell and other defense contractors inside the house and in a crawl space underneath the house. Each charge of economic espionage carries a maximum possible penalty of 15 years in
federal prison and a $500,000 fine. The charge of acting as an agent of a foreign government
carries a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.

What is the purpose of a blog? What pros and cons do you see about blogs? Are they safe? Why/Why not. Explain how blogs could be used as an educational tool.
The purpose of a blog is to put information and pictures about yourself to share with friends. I think that blogs are a great way to communicate and find out what is going on with others. They can also help keep you up to date with what you have going on yourself. The only cons that I can see is not knowing how to work everything. I think that they are safe as long as you don't put too much personal information. They can be used as an educational tool in teaching someone how to use this technology that is available to us.
